Purpose of the Role
As a District Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operations of multiple stores within a designated region. This includes recruiting, training, and managing a field team to ensure that regional goals are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all stores under your supervision comply with company and industry regulations. Your role will be crucial in driving the success of the business by implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.
Periodically, the organization will assign special projects with the aim of fostering career development and identifying opportunities for future advancement within the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
> Create and lead activation programs, orchestrate campaigns and ensure the project is aligned with the Marketing team
> Build and create calendar for activation events
> Analyze success of campaigns
> Educate the market about Packworks through different activation events
> Spearhead Field, Activation, Marketing and Engagement Projects as directed by the Activation Lead, Head of Marketing and or Chief Marketing Officer
